1-on-1 Training

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.

Training with me 1-on-1 starts with a consultation call where we talk on the phone and get to know each other to make sure we’re a good fit for coaching. I want to learn about you and your goals!

We will also do the form portion, where I’ll have you do about six different movement patterns to see how you move, correct your form and allow me to fully personalize your workout!

From there, you’ll receive your personalized workout plan to start the Monday after our initial calls. I want to support you and help you with these habits, so you’ll have 24/7 access to me for unlimited form videos, advice and accountability as well as a weekly check-in call.

1-on-1 training is meant for those who are ready for a change, including strength training regularly, overhauling your nutrition to food you like that makes you feel amazing and creating healthy habits.

(I only offer 1-on-1 training in three month packages, so you can truly begin to see changes and gain the education and knowledge to create new habits.)
