About Me

Hello again, Emily here.

I’ve been in the gym my entire life, from high school sports to a gym membership at college, to having one ever since. I’ve been working out for over 20 years and in March 2022, I started training with a plan, eating right (according to my macros) and I watched my body change like never before.

I’m a certified personal trainer and certified glute specialist. Whether you’re going for bigger glutes, more muscle over all or a little of both, I’ve got you!

Some Fun Facts About Me:

  • A sweatshirt and shorts is my all time favorite outfit (as pictured:)
  • I eat a banana almost everyday.
  • The gym has been the most constant thing in my entire life (beyond my friendships most of which are going on 20+ years at this point=)
  • Sunsets, fireworks, hot baths, a cool breeze and spending time with my people are some of my favorite things.
  • I’m about to be 40 and I’m in the best shape of my life.
  • I’m an encouraging pusher who wants to help you find the foods you love that will make you feel amazing, get a workout routine that works with your life, and have you feeling the best you have in years!
